This document outlines the terms governing all users' use of the ik21 platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the ik21 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document as well as ik21's Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Users who are under 18 years of age are not permitted to register for or use the ik21 platform in any capacity.
The ik21 platform reserves the right to decline registration applications or terminate existing users' access without providing a reason, particularly where there are indications of fraud, abuse, or violations of the terms.
Users are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information when registering an ik21 account. The name, date of birth, email address, and payment details provided must belong to the user themselves and not to any other party. ik21 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of account information.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login information confidential. All activity that takes place under a user's account is the responsibility of that user. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the ik21 support team immediately at [email protected].
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed without a refund of any remaining balance.
Ik21 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, bot usage, money laundering attempts, bonus term violations, or any conduct that compromises the security of the platform or other users. Users whose accounts are closed due to violations may not be eligible to reopen an account.
Users agree to use the ik21 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, fraudulent, or illegal intent. The use of automated software, bots, account takeover systems, or any method intended to manipulate game outcomes or the bonus system is strictly prohibited.
Users are not permitted to display, resell, republish, or exploit any content from the ik21 platform in any form without prior written consent. This includes screenshots, video recordings, trade names, logos, and all copyright-protected materials.
Actions considered platform abuse include, but are not limited to: collusion between players to cheat in live table games, making deposits and withdrawals without genuine play intent (card cycling), and providing false information to the support team.
All transactions on the ik21 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Supported deposit methods include FPX (direct transfer from major Malaysian banks) and selected e-wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and that the payment method used belongs to them. ik21 is not liable for failed deposits resulting from limits or restrictions imposed by the user's financial institution.
Withdrawal requests will be processed once all account verification requirements have been met. ik21 reserves the right to request additional documents prior to approving a withdrawal for anti-money laundering compliance purposes. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and the account's verification status. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or to a verified method registered under the user's name.
All bonuses and promotions offered by ik21 are subject to the wagering requirements and validity periods stated in each promotion's specific terms. Bonuses cannot be converted to cash without meeting the stipulated conditions. ik21 reserves the right to void any bonus where there is evidence of abuse or attempts to manipulate the promotions system.
Users are solely responsible for complying with any tax obligations or financial reporting requirements related to their activity on the ik21 platform, in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. ik21 does not provide tax advice and accepts no liability in connection with users' tax obligations.
The ik21 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. ik21 makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or continuous availability of the platform. ik21 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, maintenance downtime, or cyberattacks.
All content on the ik21 platform — including logos, trade names, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and other materials — is the exclusive property of ik21 or its licensors. Users are not granted any rights to copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any such content without explicit written permission.
The ik21 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for your convenience. ik21 does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Users access external links entirely at their own risk.
Ik21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to users. The most current version of the terms will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable conditions.
These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the ik21 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
